Of course, this won't happen. This will make it easier to get claws into panda/tiger form which is ridiculously op since you also get extra physical defense. Not to mention, if this is implemented, you will be able to use skills and switch back to claws.....this would make aps barbs too op. Strength barbs too. They can switch to purge weapons in tiger form, so, purge while they have good defense. The small time a barb goes into human form to purge is a weak moment for barbs. This will put the class balance out of whack, just like refining spheres.

And as for implementing new skills in general, I believe it will only happen for us if PWI implements it first, can't just pull new skills out of nowhere.
