Hp recovery pots.

Hi there, mostly GMs,
during the 2nd Anniversary Event, you could obtain 50 Wonderful Draught Potions. Those potions were nice, because they suited our higher hp, (higher lvl cap) compared to standard PW, much more. I would basically like those pots to come back and be available on daily basis.
