Gender change points??

I just started playing again and I just found out about name change and gender changer items cx I can't find any info or threads on how to get or how much to donate to get these points if someone could please explain

Gender change : Only available with donate points(those at panel.epicpw.com) ,10 points = 1 change,
Name change : Same as i said be4,just that u can buy it from game also from people (is around 1,5k-2,5k  Epic coins for 1 stone of identity(the name change item) )

I think you can either donate for points or gold. One or the other.
