That is true. And I don't know how it fares on here, but it's pretty damn beastly on PWI.

q_q im the only one who voted for veno.. debuff + amp + Nova +0pdef (small chance) with nix = dead <3

I voted veno TOO, k? Mainly cause with expel and occult ice, we can keep targets stunlocked for lemme count...
32 seconds if ur lucky enough for nova and occult and if u got enough dexterity to hit an archer/sin with stunning blow, also if u dont make a single mistake. Not to talk about 32k crits on sins/archers/barbs without even sparking when they're under mag def reduce from myriad. And yeah, amp and sage soul degen help a lot too.
