Fashion npcs in city of plume

I'd like to see Illusion stones in cities like Lost, Plume, 1k, Ether etc. (Yes, I know there's an Illusion stone in 1k, but I'd like it if it would actually teleport me to instances.)

This would be nice too.

any main city with an icon pic on the map would be a good place for these npc. BH dude, Illusion stone, fash npc, etc. If in fact it would help to spread population out into all areas of the map, perhaps pump some life into these ghost towns.

I agree in that too. It's awesome to have these NPCs in Lost but it's getting very laggy to be there.
I've been wandering around the map, looking for a new point if people don't like Plume for the presence of guards but the thing is that in Tellus and Etherblade we have fashion NPCs and both groups are all in one place so there'd be no special need to add more.
Etherblade/Tellus are still quite empty and it'd be more reasonable to pull people into these cities instead of adding more and more NPCs.
I understand if the staff says "if Tellus and Etherblade are full, then we'll add more". It's reasonable.

But.
I'd like to ask for Messengers of Time, Mount&Flyer NPC in Tellus. These I didn't find, if there are but I missed them then I apologize. From what I saw, (rather, didn't see) there are no such NPCs there, as Flyer and Mount NPC + Messenger of Time.

Regarding the Fash NPCs, I can add them to Plume too, I guess

In any city for that matter. Because, Arch itself is too laggy and I hate going there for the Illusion Stone as I spend most of my time in Plume or Sumor.

yea,put it in main city(tellus(no illusion stone and raging tide(dk if have illusion stones))
