Need some help. noob here

just downloaded the game and i got this nasty glitch or whatever you call it. doesnt show the head of any characters in game. https://imageshack.com/i/0du2tkp. thanks in advance

i've read that earlier and did this:
5. Error: Invisible Chars/NPCs or error message: Missing d3dx9_42.dll file
- Install DirectX 9.0c by running dxwebsetup.exe file located in EPW/element/ directory

to no success. and i've already reinstalled this game thinking that would fix the prob.

the settings u checked them carefully ?
sometimes unchecking some and chekcing back again makes some bugs disappear.

Check your graphic card drivers and update them from the producer website if they aren't on their newest version.

yes sir i got amd hd radeon 5500 and i just updated it. everyone's still headless omg omg omg what do i do?

i would treinstalling the game again, some file might have been corrupted :/
