Being able to instantly delete toon would be really useful. I have 30 toons and sometimes just wish to delete old ones to make new. And one time I even wanted to play my toon with a really cool name, but it was female and I wanted male, so I had to delete it and wait a week before I could make new male one with that same name. Unfortunately gender change was not possible then. Or rather, was not available as feat for non cash players.
